This redevelopment of an existing American Legion Hall located on Imperial Beach’s Palm Avenue mixed-use corridor creates a vibrant gateway into the city. The Legion occupies the ground floor, while residential units are spread out over three buildings on the site, connected by elevated walkways. The design of the building is inspired by the surfboard woody wagon represented on the Imperial Beach logo.
