FoundationForForm continued the revitalization of San Diego's Golden Hill and its main thoroughfare, 25th Street, with the development of You Are Here. The mixed-use structure integrates the history of its urban development by incorporating an existing 1965 Texaco Station into this next generation infill community. Twenty-two residential units wrap the mid-century building creating an open space courtyard where residents and patrons of commercial tenants Mosaic Yoga, Tiger Eye Salon, Dark Horse Coffee and Mutual Friend Ice Cream, enjoy a shared social space.
